SKIPTON AT SIX

Our holiday home comfortably accommodates 6 guests.

There are two well-furnished common rooms. The front room has a dining table to fit 6  and a sofa along with a TV and DVD player (a great room to give the kids some space). There are books and maps of the local area to borrow and read during your stay and a printer for your use. In addition the sofa can be made into a double bed settee The layout of the house means that guests using the downstairs sofa bed have privacy and will not restrict other guests from accessing the rest of the lower ground floor.

The living room is cosy and spacious with a real woodburning stove and complementary kindling and log, perfect for cosy nights with a bottle of wine in front of the fire.

Furnished with two 3 seater sofas, a TV with internet access and DVD player.

We like to ensure our guests have a homely experience and with that in mind the kitchen is perfectly appointed with everything you need to make your stay more complete. 

Including a large combined fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric cooker, grill, microwave, toaster and kettle.

All crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment you’d expect for self-catering is provided, including tea towels, cloths etc. There is a handy downstairs toilet with basin to the back of the kitchen.

Also the accommodation is well stocked with cleaning products

The bedrooms are accessible by stairs and we have two spacious rooms for you to choose from. You can request the super king bed to be made up, but the king bedroom is also an option.

The first bedroom has beautiful wooden flooring and a wonderfully comfy king sized bed, dressed with stylish bedding. 

There is a wardrobe, a dresser with mirror and 2 bedside tables, with hair dryer, everything you need for your stay.

The second bedroom is carpeted and has 2 twin single beds which can be converted into a super-king bed-both options are fully dressed with stylish bedding. There is a mirror and a chest of drawers for storing your clothes, travel cot available on request

The landing leads to a light and airy bathroom, complete with traditional bath and separate shower.

The front of the property has a small enclosed yard with a rockery and greenery.

The back of the property has an enclosed yard with high gates, ideal for 4 legged family members. A bistro table and chair set and 2 extra chairs complete with cushions to sit out on warm sunny days. The yard also has a hose pipe supplied to wash your dogs outside.
